Elissa Lansdell is a Leadership Development Coach and Facilitator who helps clients communicate in a way that inspires connection and drives action. Her clients include CEOs, executives, and employees at every level and across a range of sectors, including finance, government, and healthcare.


Prior to founding Rockstar Communications in 2020, Elissa worked as an on camera host and producer for several North American networks, including Country Music Television, CHUM and City TV. She has appeared on hundreds of red carpets and dozens of TV shows, and has drawn from that work to help her clients navigate nerves and speak in impactful sound bites.


Elissa is passionate about helping her clients lead from a place of passion and authenticity, which was the driving force behind her signature program, The Consciously Imperfect Leader.


Elissa lives with her teen daughter and rescue pets in the Burlington, Ontario.
